Coaches Comments
Ministry Advantage brings together experienced practitioners as coaches with some of the best material I’ve seen to help ministers and pastors maximise their potential in the day-to-day challenges of congregational ministry. Every pastor who is serious about making an impact for the Kingdom of God, giving their absolute best and moving to the next level in their leadership would benefit for having a Ministry Advantage coach.
Rev Dr Graham Humphris, General Secretary/CEO Uniting Church in SA
Australia needs Ministry Advantage. It is the best of its type that I have come across. It is a combination of personal coaching and practical material that will assist 99% of the pastors that are wise enough or privileged enough to participate in it.
Dale Stephenson, Senior Pastor of Crossway Baptist Church Melbourne
Ministry Advantage has been like an Oasis for me in my leadership of a church that takes most of my time staying fresh enough to be creative and open enough to embrace the people we minister to.
To be able to connect with someone who understands my time pressures and need for structure in a flexible world has helped me coach and be coached. I have learned so much that is now being applied every day, I have learned as I have coached, I have become linked with Pastors who are now special people in my life and I know they will continue to be a source of inspiration to me long after this coaching period is over.

Pastor Perspectives
For me, the Ministry Advantage process provides the gap between theory and practice. I have attended many conferences on strategic planning, leading change and indeed the other modules of the MA curriculum, always with the struggle to implement what I had learnt. Ministry Advantage gives me a way to implement what I've learnt in the local church environment. Additionally, the support and accountability that come through the coaching is so helpful. I would recommend MA Coaching to any pastor who is serious about extending themselves and the Kingdom of God.

About 18 months ago I came to a point where I realized that I needed to know more about leadership if our church was to develop, grow and move forward.
The Ministry Advantage program is equipping me and empowering me as a leader. I am learning and putting into practice how to take our church to where we know it should be. We knew where we wanted to go but we didn’t know how to get there, now we have the tools to do it.
One aspect that has excited my team is that now we know how to connect a particular ministry with the goals and objectives of the church while at the same time that ministry still fulfilling its own purpose. Up until then individual ministries tended, as one leader put it, to be “in a bubble” now we know how to contribute to the big picture and do what each ministry is meant to do .this is huge it gets the whole church working together.
I am a work in progress, with the empowering of Ministry Advantage I am confident that worthwhile progress in my leadership development is being made.
This program has to be a God inspired, Holy Spirit led, gift from Jesus to me.
